Sidney Pro Build has, quite possibly, the worst customer service I've ever experienced on a consistent basis. The staff are consistently rude if you're not buying >$1000 worth of material. On multiple occasions I've stood in line, only to have a regular customer come in and get served in front of me. Their products are marked up 50% or greater over what you could get in Billings or Bismarck. They're even marked up over Williston prices. I suppose having a local monopoly makes life nice.

Bad customer service!!!! Drive the hour and go to Williston.

Very friendly and helpful. Helped us find the best materials for our little project and the cheapest way to get them.

Like I mentioned, I suppose that having a local monopoly allows you to treat your customers like garbage and get away with it, but whenever I need the things that Pro Build sells, I try my best to shop out of town.

Their hours are just as bad as their prices. They close at 5:00 PM. Well, in theory they close at 5:00 PM. I've pulled into the parking lot at 4:56, tried to open the door, only to find it locked. The staff inside gave me a look that said, "you should have gotten here earlier!" Recently while checking out (sometimes there's no other option but to shop there, unfortunately), I asked the staff if they would consider changing their hours so I don't have to leave work early to get there before closing time. I was essentially laughed off. "That's not going to happen," is what I was told point blank.
