I called Empire Roofing and Siding they called back and we met the same day. I already had my roof adjusted i signed a contract and they said they we have it done in two weeks they were here and completed it in one day! I really appreciated the prompt service thanks Empire for a job well done!
Marlin inspected our roof and showed us pictures of damage done to our roof and gutters by recent hail. He explained the claim process and met our insurance adjuster onsite to go over damages. He then explained paperwork that insurance adjuster left with us and brought samples of replacement products. After we had picked colors material was delivered and work performed in a timely manner.
Had a terrible experience with Empire! Subcontractors did my siding-not done right. I had to hire electricians to come re-wire the outside fixtures and also had to replace lamps due to pounding hard when siding was put up. We were suppose to get tyvec on the whole house-did not put it up on the top and who knows where else. Did not put the backing on at all before the siding was put up, there is places in the siding I can stick my hand in. Flashing missing in several spots. Trim not put up around vents in the attic, I could go on and on. I had to pick up the mess several times-they did not have a dumpster to put all the old siding in so it layed along with garbage on my yard in several different spots. They used our dumpster, I had to haul my garbage for 3 weeks. I made several calls to the main office and never received a response. It has been since the 1st part of November that they did my siding and they have never called me back to let me know what they are going to do to fix the problem, which would be to take it all down and have Professional people re-install. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!! Should have stayed local.
