Chris Schoepp the Service Manager is always great to work with. Always fast to get in and looked at even when they are very busy. Works hard about getting whatever repairs needed under warranty if not warranty has very fair prices for labor and parts. I recommend Action Auto to anyone in the MT area. CHRIS SCHOEPP is always Customer Oriented and deserves a pat on the back for his outstanding service.
fiancé purchased two vehicles and had problems with the service department every time she went in there. Chris the Service Manager is a joke and the service department as a whole is incompetent. The Managerial Department wouldn't rectify the situation. If I could give a negative rating I would.
