I just bought my fourth pickup from Gem City tonight. I wouldn't buy anywhere else. I have lived many places and this place truly has great prices and great selection. You get the best price, the FIRST time; unlike other dealerships. The service department is next to none also. Letting me know if some things can wait and what can't, to keep my vehicles reliable. I just bought a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Wayne. He was wonderful to work with. We were driving from 4 hours away and Wayne stayed after hours in order to let us test drive it! After I bought the Jeep I noticed the adaptive cruise control wasn't working, so I took it into my local dealership. The sensor was damaged from the previous owner and warranty wouldn't cover it so I was stuck with a $750 bill to fix it. I called Wayne and he paid for all of it without me even asking! I was amazed at his generosity since he didn't owe me anything; I had already bought the vehicle from him. What a man of integrity! If you need a new or used vehicle stop by Gem City Motors. This was an incredible buying experience!
I called you guys before I even brought my truck to you. I spoke to Courtney I believe. I asked her if I was to bring you guys a transmission would you guys install. She said yes. No trickery going on. I asked cause I know that some companies would not allow this. It was even on paper. A week or 2 weeks later I came back to you guys for you to tell me that you don't install transmission if they were not bought from you. All of this headache would have been avoided if you guys would have said this from the beginning. But it's ok. We all make mistakes! It's nothing seriously. The part that I'm mad about is you guys wanted to charge me $135.00 for hooking a computer 2 it 2 tell me the transmission was bad. I knew it was bad that's why I had it towed to you. From Williston. After talking to Tom. He slashed the amount in half. I thought I did the right thing by calling u guys 1st to see if you would install the transmission before bringing the the vehicle to you. I thought I did the right thing by putting it on paper. But at the end I got "it was a misunderstanding on your end" by Tom and another employee. And to top it of "you have to pay $135.00 before you can get your vehicle back" for a hour of service to your vehicle. Again. It wa reduced to half of $135. Not sure y u guys left a call back number I spoke to 2 people in that office Tom and some other guy. I'm not just posting bad marks about you guys for no reason. I'm not posting here 1st either. I spoke to you guys face 2 face. All I'm doing is posting my experience with Gem motors in Sidney, Montana. There is no need for me to call you back To discuss anything.
