Absolutely horrible,I have nothing good to say; even spoke to the Service Manager, Kelly and he was the worse (so sad). The climax of my experience with Eagle Country was when I did the mistake of asking over the phone for a verbal itemization i.e.. How much gasket, labor cost, how many hours of labor, diagnoses, dye need for leak and that's when I was advised to just pick-up my vehicle and remind they don't have work on my car as if there doing me the favor for even looking at it. I'm not surprised with the level of customer service in the Bakken area, this unfortunately is VERY typical. Oh and I came in for a oil pan gasket to be replaced but... Mr. Service Manager told me I had to get a new engine block which, would take at least 8 hours of labor. That's the equivalent to needing a manicure and walking out with open heart surgery and don't forget the enema! I truly wanted to give a great review and was hoping I could receive better service especially because I was taking my vehicle a dealership to be serviced. I hope Eagle Country gets better with the service they provide.

stopped in there with a friend that had to get parts and I am in the market for a newer truck spoke with a salesman about a truck and asked him a few questions the truck had a chip in the windshield and a dent in the a pillar and some chips in the paint and brought it up to the salesman he the had a terrible attitude and said it is sold as is and there will be no negotiating on price and he didn't care that it had damage walked away mumbling something I will never go back there for anything I was already pre approved for the truck amount but horrible service will take my busness elsewhere.

My husband's car broke down on his way back to ND in Sidney and just barely made it to Eagle Country Ford. He walked in and asked for help, needing to get back asap. They were not only able to help him find the parts needed and work on his car, but also able to finish the work and get him back on the road before they closed that day! They worked hard to get it done in time! They made my husband's day and he was 150% satisfied!! Thank you so much Eagle Country Ford!!
